CALAGUAS Islands

Calaguas is a group of Islands just off of the Pacific, located in the province of Camarines Norte in Bicol Region, governed by the town of Vinzons.
The main destination of beach bums would be Halabang Baybay (Long Beach) located at the northern part of the island.
Travel would be by land from Manila to Daet, from Daet to Vinzons, then a boat ride from the fish port to the island of Calaguas itself.

It's a pristine virgin island with no electricity and limited phone signals.
Unlike other beaches it doesn't have any commercial establishments but has the basic amenities such as fresh water from a deep well and decent lavatories, perfect for a relaxed and undisturbed vacation getaway.

It is a 6 to 7 hour bus drive from Manila or a 2 hour van ride from the now famous Camsur.
